I want to give back to this hospital, which has given so much and allowed me to create, build, and grow. I became a legacy donor – asking that 10% of my net worth go to CAMH. Right now, I’m raising a family and investing in my children’s future. To give a gift at this time would not be possible. However, by making a bequest, I know I’m giving back in my own way.

Legacy Gifts

Today, brain science is at a tipping point. At CAMH, discoveries are creating better care, diagnosis and prevention for our clients. But we need your continued support to sustain the highest quality of care, innovation and discovery.

Making a legacy gift can be as simple as considering the importance of mental health for future generations and making the appropriate arrangements. Consider making a lasting impact to CAMH through:

  • Bequests: leave a gift in your will – specific dollar amount or percentage of assets.
  • Gifts of Securities: name CAMH Foundation as a beneficiary of your RRSP, RRIF or pension plan.
  • Name CAMH Foundation as beneficiary of your life insurance policy. The premiums you pay qualify for a tax receipt.
  • Make a gift in memory of a loved one here.
