Corinne Clark is an artist living with bipolar disorder. She is producing “100 Pretty Things” before the end of the year – that’s 100 pieces of art. Halloween Ball for a Beautiful Mind
On Saturday, October 31, 2009, organizer Luci Jordao held a "Halloween Ball for a Beautiful Mind" in support of CAMH at Julius Banquet Hall in Toronto. Over $1,800 was raised in support Schizophrenia programs at CAMH. Thank you to Luci and her supporters for organizing a fun event and bringing attention to mental illness. On May 27, 2009, Shorinji Kempo Toronto Branch hosted its 14th annual charity "Kick-a-thon" to raise funds for CAMH. The event raised a total of $7,500, bringing the grand total of funds raised to $80,000! |
