Each year the CAMH Foundation hosts two signature events. The CAMH Transforming Lives Awards and Queen Street Unmasked. In between, there is no shortage of generous and imaginative supporters who hold special events to benefit CAMH. Whether it's a golf tournament, a gala, a fashion or a music event - there is something for everyone when deciding on which event to attend.

Tremco Roofing Ontario 11th Annual Golf Tournament

On September 17, 2010, Tremco Roofing Ontario’s 11th annual golf tournament raised $42,455 in support of the CAMH Child Psychiatry Program. Thank you Tremco!

Queen Street Unmasked

On Wednesday, October 14, 2009, the CAMH Foundation hosted the highly anticipated Queen Street Unmasked event in support of the redevelopment of the CAMH Queen Street facilities.

100 Pretty Things

Corinne Clark is an artist living with bipolar disorder. She is producing “100 Pretty Things” before the end of the year – that’s 100 pieces of art. At the end of the year, she will be selling her “pretty things” and donating a portion of the proceeds to CAMH. Check out her recent creations at www.100prettythings.blogspot.com.

Pop with Brains

Pop with Brains is having another event on March 26 at The Rivoli (334 Queen Street West) celebrating Toronto's best indie bands and D.I.Y. artists.  This event is organized by Adymm Ender, lead singer of Eden Ants, in support of CAMH.  For more information on the next show, visit myspace.com/popwithbrains

Hold Your Own Event

Hold a special event to benefit CAMH. Your event, held in support of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation, helps create a better understanding of mental illness and addiction in our community and leads to better research, teaching, clinical care and treatment for the 1 in 5 affected Canadians.

A note from the Universe - an art gala in support of CAMH

"A note from the Universe" sponsored by Dolce Vita and City Life Magazine was an eclectic mix of live music, art and a fashion show by Ley'la collezione. Dream Makers "friends & family" dinner dance

Dinner, dancing and so much more. On Saturday, November 7, 2009, the Dream Makers committee organized a spectacular evening of great food and entertainment for their friends and family to show their support of CAMH and to spread the word about addictions and mental health. Halloween Ball for a Beautiful Mind

On Saturday, October 31, 2009, organizer Luci Jordao held a  "Halloween Ball for a Beautiful Mind" in support of CAMH at Julius Banquet Hall in Toronto. Over $1,800 was raised in support Schizophrenia programs at CAMH. Thank you to Luci and her supporters for organizing a fun event and bringing attention to mental illness. Moksah Yoga - free day of Yoga in support of CAMH

On Saturday, August 29th, Moksha Yoga studios across Canada offered a free day of Yoga in support of CAMH. Over $1,500 was raised to support the leading edge work of CAMH in research, care, education and health promotion.

Shorinji Kick-a-thon

On May 27, 2009, Shorinji Kempo Toronto Branch hosted its 14th annual charity "Kick-a-thon" to raise funds for CAMH. The event raised a total of $7,500, bringing the grand total of funds raised to $80,000!
